ABeleven sits at the edge of the city centre rather than on a campus, so the shops, the station and a night out are the walk and the lecture is the bus. There is secure bike storage if you would rather ride it.

Are bills included?
Yes. All utility bills and the internet are included in the rent, and so is contents insurance for your belongings. There is nothing to set up when you arrive and nothing to split with your flatmates.
Can I stay for just one semester?
Yes. ABeleven lets semester rooms as well as full-year rooms, so you can come for a term, two terms, or a few months in between. It suits a study-abroad semester, a placement or a January start. Tell the team your dates and they will confirm what is available.
Can I move in in January?
Yes. A January start is one of the main things this building offers, and there are rooms let on shorter terms for exactly that. Send an enquiry with the dates you need and the team will come back to you.
How much is a room?
