Rooms & studios
Rooms, semester rooms and studios
A room for a semester, an en-suite room with a shared kitchen, or a self-contained studio with a kitchen of its own. Pick the one that suits how you live, and the team will tell you what is available for your dates.
Semester rooms
A term or two, not a whole year
An en-suite room let by the semester rather than the academic year, so you can come for one term, two, or a few months in between. It suits a study-abroad semester, a placement, a January start or a course that does not run September to June. Same room, same bills included, shorter commitment.

Ensuite rooms
Your own room, with people around you
A private bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, and a kitchen and living space shared with the rest of your flat. It is the sociable option and the one most people take — a door that locks, and a kitchen with people in it.

A self-contained studio — bed, study area, en-suite shower room and your own kitchenette. No shared kitchen to negotiate and no washing-up but yours. The quieter option, and the one most postgraduates take.
